Oil On Boil

The recent killings of longterm Libyan dictator Muammar Gadaffi reminded me of Hitler's assassination during 1945 world war II. The only difference between the two were the later choose to die by shooting himself voluntarily through his revolver after killing his girlfriend Eva Brown and his pet dog Brownie.

Hitler was a simple army personnel during world war I in the German army. After the bitter defeat of Germans in world war I, certain treaties and constraints were imposed on the axis powers, the famous among them were the TREATY OF VERSAILLES under which the Germans had to pay a huge amount of money in the form of taxes to allied powers. But soon Germany realized its inefficiency to do so in a post war era and which itself became the causes of world war II which was initiated by the Hitler's led Nazi party.

Hitler was often projected as ruthless dictator by the allies, but in fact he was aware of the intentions of the allies to use German resources to fetch bread and butter and in fact more for their people. But alas the intervention of U.S.A finally led to defeat of Germany and japan and emergence of U.S as a super power.

Since then the U.S has been following the popular interventionist policy which has led to in fact more and more of terrorism, ironically which U.S wants to eradicate.

The same happened in the case of libya which was the IInd country rich in oil resources after Iraq in which joint NATO forces held operations in the name of political transition. such policies infact are aimed at ruthlessly crushing the dictator of ARAB SPRING countries and not even awarding them fair trial (which happened in the case of Gaddafi) and then plantation of a puppet govt in the name of democracy in these countries.

The pursuit of oil has become the BLOODY PURSUIT OF OIL which is something denied by U.S. Ironically the same Obama Administration which talks of Peace strongly supports Israel and opposes the formation of Palestine as an independent country even when most of the members of UNSC wants to grant it an independent status as a peaceful measure agreeing in terms of people of Palestine.

The next in line maybe is Iran which is another oil rich country, but this time may be the Obama administration will have to pay a larger price than it paid on 9/11 as a ramification of its interventionist policy. until then in the search of oil it will go on intervening in other sovereign countries sometimes in the name of human rights, sometimes in the name of destructive nuclear capability ( which happened in the case of Iraq) or sometimes in the name of OIL.

PLANNING COMMISSION LAUGHABLE ESTIMATES!!!!

The recent affidavit filed by the planning commission in supreme court has again raised questions on the role of it as a constitutional body and had indeed again bought the Manmohan Singh's government along with the Deputy Chairman of PC Montek Singh Ahluwalia into the lime light after the much hue and cry by Anna hazzare and his team on a campaign against corruption.

According to the PC affidavit, reportedly a very disturbing revelation has come forward in terms of defining the poverty line and the estimates of poverty in growing India, these are:-

!) about Rs 26/- per person per day was found to be adequate for living in rural areas, and

2) about Rs 32/- per person per day was found to be adequate for living in urban areas.

These estimates are based on the
Suresh Tendulkar Committee report. on whose recommendations PC filled the affidavit in the apex court. moreover these estimates are inclusive along with cost of non-food essential items such as clothing, shelter, health facilities, etc.

To much of a surprise these estimates are the consequence of a detailed statistical scheme that was found to be erratic by the
National Sample Survey Of India which carried out the same report during the year of 1973-74. According to the NSS during 73-74 following were the estimates of the report-

1) about Rs 49/- per person per day was found to be adequate for living in rural areas, and

2) about Rs 52/- per person per day was found to be adequate for living in urban areas.

Besides this it also gave a similar detailed report based on calorific value, according to which:-

1) about 2400 k cal/day/ per person was found to be adequate in rural areas.

2) about 2100 k cal/day/ per person was found to be adequate in urban areas.

But unfortunately our Govt system is still clinging to the same erratic method. as a consequence of much hype by the media the planning commission deputy chairman went on damage control mode and issued a joint statement along with rural development minister Jairam Ramesh saying that it was just the per capita number which only means that for a family of five Rs 32 /- in urban areas will have to be multiplied by 5.

Simultaneously agreeing to the fact that he along with other cabinet ministers cannot spend a day on the estimates that were quoted in his affidavit moreover he added that these are only indicative figures as to decide the approach for targeting and planning for people who are BPl.

The UPA II government has indeed has brought certain effective legislations such as:-

1) RTI ACT 2005

2) expansion of MGNREGA.

3) food Security Bill ( yet to come in winter session).

But has failed to curb corruption related issues and address the grievances of AAM AADMI. In the light of these developments the above estimates are a WAKE- UP- CALL for the UPA-II to address the long ignored poverty issue through smart, effective, corruption free and technological based governance.

THE RESULT MENACE......

Ever since our birth we have started learning and surely will continue to learn until we die....but the process of learning now has changed a lot as to times during our childhood...In childhood we use to learn new things without fears in our mind, without the fear of errors, without the fear of being right or wrong and the most important "WITHOUT THE FEAR OF RESULTS"...

My 5th semester result is just going to get out in a span of two days from now and i can sense a typical "result phobia" among my subordinates and my colleagues.Even my cute girlfriend's face turns pale when its comes to results....the phenomenon is not only relevant with an average scoring student but is also relevant among those who are at the top....both the class of people fear from their results being declared.......But my conscience always asks me questions as to why their is so much panic and fear about our results????The answer of the above question lies in just a five letter word
"GREED" .

Human beings has always feared from results weather its of their board exams, weather its iit jee, weather its semester results or any sort of examinations....because the burden of our expectations make us weak, make us panic and launches hundreds of questions in our mind and consequently makes us stressed...its our greed to fetch things, to achieve new and better positions in life that forces us to prejudge our results....but for a wise person
"HIS EFFORTS ARE HIS RESULTS". therefore we must all try to be wise and stop running after things which are not in our hand because our "RESULT IS NOT IN OUR HAND". Its the almighty who has to grant us the result...our sole duty is just to put endless efforts dedicated to our LORD...and we shall do it whole heartedly.......

In our childhood we learnt things without the fear of being a failure, without the burden of our expectations..and that is why we never feared of learning English alphabets, roman numerals or counting because we had no practical knowledge about the success- failure funda's.

Once we practice that we don't have to link our expectations with our efforts , the "result phobia" Will automatically vanish from our lives and we will live our life peacefully, without burden of our expectations. And most important without fear of being a failure....because

"WHERE MIND IS WITHOUT FEAR, THE HEAD IS HELD HIGH"

LORD KRISHNA SAYS....

i read a very beautiful message i got yesterday it goes like this:

LORD KRISHNA SAYS: tu karta woh hai jo tu chahta hai,
par hota woh hai jo mai chahta hun
tu karne woh lag ja jo mai chahta hun,
fir hoga woh jo tu chahta hai...

Now let me share one of my experience with you.Since i am an engineering student of a so called reputed college which organizes its fest every year and compels the student to come out with their talent and head various committees which are organised for proper functioning of the fest, consequently i went for the interview for the post of subhead in redressal committee which addresses the problems faced in fest by different participating colleges.

After my interview which was good enough the human nature in me asked whether i m gonna make it or not?? the question haunted me more and more as i saw more and more people going in inside the interviewers room and later i started even listening rumors of politics being played by some students...they were running here and there buttering the faculty in-charge to get to the post, some even went to the extent of offering favors to get it.But i did nothing sort of, i just sat quietly and prayed " lord i just need to get through the interview cos i deserve to be at that post.I want to help people.I will put my best".....
The very next day came the result from the board and even to my surprise i was appointed as the new subhead of redressal committee for the annual festival zest 2010....and that too without any approach and buttering to any of the board members or faculty in charge......and there were those who did their best were now nowhere, none of them made it.......because perhaps my approach was the biggest one... i approached directly to my lord...

It is very true that whenever we face some trouble or we need something we approach first to our family members, then relatives and even then if we still don't find a way out we go to our friends but we go to our lord at the last when we think that nothing will come our way and the only option left out to us is to pray in fact i'll rather say to beg...and then when we don't get it we blame our lord.
but if we go the other way round..we should directly approach our lord our almighty as the first priority not as the last cos only he is the creator and destroyer...
i appeal all human beings that they should stop living with the myth that if they have certain powers just by being at a post or sitting in a particular chair which people raise their eyebrows to, then they can harm anyone or benefit anyone with their powers as they have forgot there is only one person who can create and destroy in this universe THAT IS MY LORD............

I FEEL SO SMALL .....

hello guys this is my first post so i am new to this blog i have created my account in January but i m writing it now because i took my blog for granted until the inner self forced me to write something useful for the readers.
I FELT SO SMALL i watched the movie MY NAME IS KHAN recently with my girlfriend though for many youngsters the thought of watching the movie means something else but let me clear it that for me movies play a very important role in my life they make me learn a lot for me they are not only source of entertainment but also a good source of inspiration.they mentor me in different situations in life......
I was amazed of shahrukh khan's acting because he acted like he acted never before, though nor i am a die heart fan of him neither i dislike him but his performance in the film made me think that is this world really a good place to live in???? The film truly shows that an autistic person can understand and differentiate between good and bad but we who by the god's grace are so called normal unable to understand and differentiate whats good and whats bad...thats because he applies in life what he has learnt but we make our own rules....we live as we like.....we spend 2000 bucks on a pair of shoes just for a name WOODLANDS or ADIDAS but never bothered to think that is it really worth to spend it so much in a country where people don't have bread to eat and clothes to wear at a particular time?????? And the statistics shows that our economy is going stronger day by day ( what a joke may be this is also something created by the govt as a new rule to show development) WE CAN'T DEVELOP until we stop fighting within ourselves with each other for baseless issues...in reality its the other way round we have become autistic cos we ignore every wrong thing being done to anyone, thinking that its not personal but we forget THAT EVERY DAMN THING IS PERSONAL.They are our people we have to look after them above the fact that he or she is Muslim or a black or white.......but we kill in a fit of rage that is what is all left with us.THE BRITISHERS divided us and ruled us and so considering old is gold our politicians are doing the same..they divide us from each other sometimes as Hindu-Muslim and sometimes as north Indians and maharashtrians.its time that WE SHOULD WAKE UP.... cos an eye for an eye leaves only the whole world blinded........
That is why i FEEL SO SMALL that i cant do anything to save the human race and human beings from destroying humanity within themselves all i can do is pray to my lord.........
